STuff on my mind

So i have gotten an idea

seeing as i am the only one who can and does read this i am going to use this as away to track what i have eaten through out the day.
seeing as i have gone from 123 to 127 in one freaking retarded day !

so today as of 3:10pm i have had
1- honey comb cereal. w/milk
2- one English muffin with egg and cheese.
3- one glass of apple juice.
4- one cup of coffee with milk and splenda.

Hello Everyone

this is my first post and im happy to have this place to post

so lets start by telling you my day

it has gone ok so far woke up , straightened my hair it would look good if it wasnt so freaking humid out now its all frizzy.
but other then that i have been doing ok.
im trying to lose weight well im trying to keep losing weight its starting to get really hard, i have lost 70 pounds so far and want to lose another 30 but getting down to that ending number is killing me, i have done fast i have done extream restricting but its like my body is trying to fight back, i have just now reached the healthy weight range and i dont ever want to go back up, i dont want to even get close to the number i was i dont even wanna be near the number i am.

i know i shouldnt have to say this but sorry for going on and on about it, i just have noone to talk to and i know im not talking to anyone right now but it feels good to talk.

i plan on going swimming later it seams the be helping with the lose and not gaining anything back so im hopping to be doing it ever day.

and and by the way
im getting married in like 2 months so i need to lose that last 30 if not more.
